Bollocks!! I call all the SD walmarts when I get off work in the AM nearly everyday and none have any .45 other than PDX1. occasionally Poway will have a box or two of WWB 100pk.. Makes me wanna choke a smurf! They must get shipments later in the day.
Paul Blart must be guarding all that 9mm fed champion overflowing on the bottom shelf :/Comment

You're trusting walmart employees to tell you the truth about their current inventory over the phone, instead of assuming that the people on the phone are too lazy to go check? Really?
I've got a bridge you might be interested in purchasing...Comment

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.
One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

First time I saw armed security at a Wal-Mart was in Mississippi, back in the 90's. It was the Super Wal-Mart on Hwy 90 in Ocean Springs, right between Pascagoula and Biloxi.NRA Life Member

Merc.. Good point.. so about this bridge...
j/k
but ya I work in KM and stop occasionally. Trip consists of walking all the way to the back -Still empty- back to the car. Then to santee, same drill, same result. I know i'm pinching penies but until I can start reloading, just can't beat federal 50 box for $17.47. (if they ever restock the shelves that is)
BTW call in to the Santee or Poway store and they'll give it to you straight. The others take forever to pickup and, well, as you mentioned the possible "Lazy" factor.
sorry not to Hijack a thread. The only guard that I've seen is the ehem, "Larger" gal, that leaves the truck running in front of the garden enterance while she walks around drinking coffee and checking her cellphone in the cart corral.Comment

Maybe it is due to the 73 year old Veteran who was beaten to death in the sporting goods section of an LA Walmart
when he declined to give some homeless moron $5.00.
One citizen with a LTC could have stopped the beating.
But as we have NO "Shall Issue" in this idiot state ......the Veteran was beaten to death.

Most civilization is based on cowardice. It's so easy to civilize by teaching cowardice. You water down the standards which would lead to bravery. You restrain the will. You regulate the appetites. You fence in the horizons. You make a law for every movement. You deny the existence of chaos. You teach even the children to breathe slowly. You tame.
People Should Not Be Afraid Of Their Governments, Governments Should Be Afraid Of Their People

Eh, not so surprising. The movie theatre where I work at has armed security guards. I try to go shooting with them from time to time.Bounce a ball in Football that's a fumble. Baseball, no bouncing at all. Bounce a ball in Hockey, well that's a mandatory drug test right there...Comment
