    Hey, thanks for the actual law quote. In order to not spread FUD I'll try to remember to use the Gov's much more descriptive terms "sniperscope" and "electronic telescope"

    I should have said "generally there are restrictions on nightvision in CA..."

    So apparently I'm not worse with the FUD than Amazon.
