Limited funds, what would you do?

I have a few bucks laying around and I'm torn on what to do. Here are the options I'm considering:

1) build up my glock 22 gen 4 with a new barrel, trigger, sights, etc.

2) buy a 10/22 and some upgrades.

3) buy a new hand gun

Bonus: budget is ~$500, so if I can get by for less, the extra money would go into sights for my mini-14.

GLOCKs are perfect from the factory (As in GLOCK Perfection) LOL, but seriously, I wouldn't put money into upgrading any of my GLOCKS.

If you don't already have a .22 rifle, get the 10/22. Great gun for range and plinking. As a bonus, when you take a youngster out shooting it gives them something to use that works for them.

I like having a few .22 pistols around for the same reason. Just fun at the range and plinking plus great to bring along when friends go shooting with you.

Or, buy 1 share of Apple Computer...

Buy reloading equipment and shoot more often. The more you shoot the better you become.

Reloading press if you are prepping for something... and make your ammo for about 1/3 the cost.

My 10/22 is great, but I would rather have the 10/22TD (Takedown) for space reasons.

Can't beat $20-$25 box of 22lr and not finishing it all day long...

Get the .22. Ammo cheap and plinking is fun

More shooting is better shooting (or can be if done right). I just bought a Marlin 60 to replace my Grandfathers old bolt action Remmington 34. You cant go wrong with any of the inexpensive .22 on the market in my opinon. Espcially with ammo prices going up and up right now. What would Glock upgrades really do for you? What will give you the biggest bang for the buck?

I'd go 10/22 also out of those choices. Probably the new takedown model.
