Please don't ever use this argument when the Crats are in power...all that is going to get us is 5 round magazines. They won't look at it as "Oh, the law is pointless because a few extra rounds isn't any more dangerous?" They will look at it as "10 rounds is just as dangerous as 30? Ban the 10 round mags!"

it is why they banned 30 round mags so its a perfect argument...wtf is the point in outlawing the rounds someone can put into a mag? it just seems like pointless legislature like i said in the OP

I will bump for more info on Gene's plan. (OP, in case you have not heard, Gene of CGF has a plan in mind for a legal hi-cap work around, but the mags will probably be more expensive... that is all the info we have on the situation) Last I heard something more important came up and he put it on the back burner for a while.... though that was a few months ago. I am still very excited to hear what his plan is... Oh, OP or anyone else in this thread, If you have not donated to CGF yet, please do so (if you can)

What work around? Including ar's? The 10 round mags includes all guns is that correct? I'm currently residing in Texas but will be moving back to ca with a few guns which both have "high cap" mags hence my legal questions...ar with 6 or 7 30's and a xdm 45 with 13's...replacing them would be pricey but I know I can "block" them technically...not sure on how well that works when dealing with Leo's...so a legal work around would be majorly cost effective and enjoyable lol.

I think it is for all types of mags, but remember that the AW laws will still apply(for now at least muahahahaha!)Which means no hi-caps in fixed mag guns. I really do not know anything about it other than: Gene said there possibly will be a legal workaround, and the mags will be expensive...

I guess we just need to wait for Gene to unveil his next genius plan.
