California has stupid and complex gun laws. Knowing and obiding by the stupid laws is smart. Educating new shooters about the stupid laws is smart, I would rather they learn from sources other than a DA in court.
    (spell check no workie)
These folks writing the gun laws are weapons grade stupid

      Ditto!

The majority of laws that we all deal with are designed to slowly reduce gun ownership in the state to nobody but the most hard core shooters like us.

If I was a casual shooter or a sheeple who thinks that what celebrities are doing, my sports, video gaming and my partying are more important than my Constitutional Rights, I would have given up my guns years ago. California makes it way too difficult for the casual shooter to even figure out the laws, easier to take the path of least resistance and just opt out.

Completely and utterly true brother. The scumbag, anti-gun legislator who came up with this stupid bill, Don Perata, once, when confronted about his hypocritical possession of THREE 15 round magazine handguns for his CCW siad that he needed it to protect himself from "GUN NUTS". They reek and drip with hatred for all of us legal gun owners. They had abrogated their citizenship duties by not only failing to uphold a constitutional right, but to also attack it anyway they can. Simultaneously they give aid and comfort anyway they can to criminals...who they usually call "misunderstood." Levane is right, liberals are mentally ill and in a way that seeks to steal our freedoms, money, and personal safety away from us.

Yes, but we only throw this evil yoke off by being more stubborn than these liberal SOBs. We can push too. Constantly. The anti-constitutional liberals who author these laws will eventually fail if we all keep pushing, litigating, and denying their claim that State rights trump Constitutional rights like the 2nd Amendment.
