Just a final (I hope!) update to my original post.

I DO NOT go along with the advice to "post I'll take it" and then back out later.

A commitment to buy is just that- a commitment. Failure to complete the transaction is, in my opinion, justified only if the item offered turns out to be not as represented.

I just successfully purchased a nice 686 from a Member on the WTS Subforum. It was a smooth and enjoyable transaction with a fellow gunny who was a gentleman and straight-up guy.

Just thought I'd clear the air a bit since it seemed to be getting a little thick in here.

I'm glad you're not taking it personal. At least it's better here than Craigslist. I've sold four things in the last two months. I got one iTrader rating. Three didn't, though I gave out four positive ratings. No big deal. I've also got a lot of pm's about sales, responded, and then silence. Also not a big deal. It's not personal, it's just business.
