What is "wrong" with this DD 7"
Can any of you guys tell whats "wrong" with this rail? I'm curious to see if people notice it.

It's not quite lined up with the rail on the upper receiver.Starve the beast, move to a free state.

Considering I don't own anything made by DD it's hard to spot it first hand. And it's not a free float. As long as it's really a DD rail and not a knock off.Originally posted by fighterpilot562Comment

It has markings and is fully licensed by Daniel Defense, but it is in fact a replica. The dead giveaway is the small pin hole near the rear of the rail system that needs to be removed in order to let the gas tube go through. I have used this rail on my budget build AR for a couple years and it has never some lose, gotten scratched, or cause any problems whatsoever. I was seeing if people could see visually that is was in fact a replica DD 7", that I paid $80 for. Haha sorry if it was misleading in any way. Good job, you caught me.. In no way do I think using replicas is better in any way than using real DD obviously, but it is in fact a great alternative if you are on a budget, and want a rails system. This works just the same as my real DD 7". Thanks guys
