Pro gun stickers are an invitation to being pulled over by an overzealous cop.

I have had many pro-gun stickers in the windows of my cars for many years now. I work in Oakland, my Union hall is in SF I work nights and have a 45 mile commute each way.

I have been given many speeding tickets (I have a weak leg LOL and use to drive on the fast side). I have been pulled over for possible DUI (actually tired from working double shifts).

I was stopped talking on a cell phone in a fast food parking lot before going through the drive thru at 3:00am and had a cop question me because my car lookede like the one that was stalking a female that worked there (I had been shooting earlier that day, I had two rifle cases on the back seat and had 4 rifles and 3 handguns with me).

And the only two times I have been asked if I had weapons in the car was once while speeding when I laughed and pointed to the pile of cases and told him they where all unloaded and cased. He smirked and just wrote me a ticket and never looked at the guns. The other time was when stopped by a young CHP officer for a burned out headlight (it had gone out that day), he asked I said no and he just wrote me a fix it ticket.

Never have I been hassled for my stickers and I have gotten a lot of positive comments on them.

I don't like to advertise. I don't want someone following me home and breaking in later when I'm not there. And there are a couple of teenagers in the neighborhood that I don't want knowing either.

My Sis in Law got out of a speeding ticket for having the LaRue "God Bless Snipers" window sticker, turned out Cop claimed to be ex military sniper and appreciated the extra prayers thrown his way.
