Is something or some new law going into effect for 2008? I keep seeing people advertising buy now before 08! Is this BS or is there new legislation coming I have just missed?

Most of the ads I've seen were talking about the 'standard' end of the year/inventory clearance sales, before the 'standard' price increases that come with the new year.
I've known daredevils and I ain't got nothing against them.....its just they're all dead.Comment

There is always the new law that requires that the FFL obtain a special ## from DOJ before a transfer can take place.

Actually, 2009 is probably going to end up being about the best year for California gun owners ever. Heller will get imported and things will change.

Don't listen to these guys. I relate them to 1930's France and Britain, ignoring the German beast on the other side of the border hoping for peace and appeasing the other side.
There will be a ban in 2008 and it will ban everything that you don't currently have. It is going to ban AR15s, AK47s, semi-automatic pistols, .45 ACPs, .40 S&Ws, 9mms, bolt action rifles, and those cool full auto Izmash yellow BB pistols. Everything is getting banned, unless you had it pre-ban.
Your best bet is to go to this website and buy as much gun items as you can before the new year. www.tenpercentfirearms.com . If you wait, then you will be out of luck and I won't make near as much money from spreading a ban fear as it directly leads to more sales as compared to me telling the truth that there will be no new gun control on a national level in 2008 just before an election.www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018.
