I hope my wife does not ask how many guns I have. I don't believe it myself..

My wife tells me I love my guns more than I love her,
I just tell her she's crazy

I can't complain too much about my wife when she thinks I spend too much money on firearms. If it were up to me I would buy one a month. I would really be broke if it were not for her. Besides she bought me my Benelli SuperNova for my 30th B-day. You have to appreciate a woman like that.

It's an addiction only if you find yourself sneaking them in the house, and then sneaking them in the safe. I use the down the pants method myself.

Funny, I was at the SJGE today.

There was a bindle of crack outside the front door. Not much left in it but it was there.

                  THEONE flushed it.

Hmm...well, let's see. Addictions are defined by the presence of 3-4 qualities:

Tolerance - One requires increasing dosages in order to maintain the same response to the substance.

Withdrawal - One exhibits certain physiological and behavioral responses in response to the absence of the substance.

Psychological cravings - One engages in what are often elaborate behaviors in order to obtain the substance.

                          And some would include:

Maladaptive interpersonal and social interactions - one's usage of the substance screws up your personal and work relationships (pretty easy to do if one lives in KA, with its anti-RKBA bias).

Hmm...tolerance, withdrawal, cravings, cognitive conflicts with anti-gunners...I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure I'm addicted.
