Hopefully yours doesnt do this (see pic) on the first shot (beowulf)
Emailed (with my cell number) and was told to call them, called and then was hung up on, had to leave for work but emailed again (with cell number) and never have heard back.........
So does their customer service suck or am I just unlucky?

I think the problem was the crack in your receiver.

i certainly hope that mine won't do that. maybe yours was a fluke?

i think you were unlucky with the customer service. in my experience, i've been served well by them. i placed an order and inquired about my ship date a week later. the woman on the phone said my ship date was about 1.5-2 months out because they were backed up on bolt carriers groups. in frustration, i asked her to cancel the bcgs and an extra upper and just ship the rest. the next day, i noticed my card was charged for the remaining part of the original order. so far, so good. i received the parts in a few days with one bcg, but without the other bcg. i called cs about it a guy said that military orders were fulfilled first hence the delay on my original order. a few short days later, the rest of my original order arrived, bcgs and all.

maybe the squeaky wheel gets the grease? maybe their cs is good?
