No. I just plan on supporting a company that is not discriminating against gun owners and carriers.
If you don't carry your gun every day, why would you do it that day?Starve the beast, move to a free state.

Just because the anti-gunners are boycotting Starbucks on 2/14, doesn't mean you need to make a statement by open carrying a long gun.
Just by going in there and giving Starbucks your business on that day shows that you either don't believe in the anti's movement, or that you just didn't know about their stupid boycott move.Comment

Fixed it for you.
No, It will just cause a problem any day.
We saw how effective the open carry movement was last year in the media
and what it got us at the state level. Now some want to open carry long guns?
If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in Government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin.

Open carry in such venues is what lost us the ability to open carry handguns at all.
That and open carry of an unloaded gun will get you dead.Comment

I followed the open carry movement pretty closely and never heard of anyone that "got dead" from open carrying an unloaded gun. do you have any stories that i didnt come across?
in anycase, i would have to agree that it seems like a bad idea. if anything, call or email corporate that day and let them know that you are supporting them for supporting whats right, and that you will be making a special trip there to help them out on a day that people are going out of their way to hurt their business just because they didnt get their way.Comment
