I have been to Kentucky there are some really nice regions there. In fact there are many nice places outside of Kalifornia. Between gainful bouts of employment in the middle 70s I bought a semi truck and ran the 48 states for a couple of years ,it was fun for a while but It is a hard way to make a living.

California's politicians and unionized government employees are a crime gang that makes the Mexican drug cartels look like a Girl Scout Troop in comparison.

Yeah I bought the bushy from my walmart in knoxville tn.Came with its own case and sling more than what I got with my other firearm purchases else where.

Best of all its not cali legal which means its got evil features

Also the background check only took 5 minutes, the lady rang them up told them the name of the gun and a few other things and i was cleared and walked out the door with it.

Socialism != No right to bear arms

Sorry, but it is a pet peeve of mine. The right to own/bear arms or lack thereof has nothing to do with whether a state is socialist or not. What makes a state socialist is determined by who or what owns the means of production. In California the means of production are clearly owned by private legal entities, and not the government. As such, California is as socialist as, say, Texas.
Yes, Virginia, there is such a thing as a gun-toting Liberal....

Have you California marks ever lived outside of California? I love visiting California, but I don't ever want to live there again.

                      I've lived in:

                      Washington
                      Tennessee
                      Florida
                      Southern California
                      Northern California

I have been to every state in the US except Alaska. Kentucky is beautiful. People of Cadiz were some of the nicest ever. But, I'll still take the state of Northern California.

Washington, New Jersey, Oregon and Alaska, not to mention Southern and Norhtern California.

We are moving to Texas at the end of the year, so add that to the list....

Yes AZ for 5 years. Loved, and hated, going into a gun store and walking out with a gun 10 min later... Hated it because I would go in for a case of ammo and walk out with a case of ammo and a new gun I "had" to have.... I lived down the street from J&G sales Some weeks I ate alot of ramen

Any way I had to move back to CA for work. I hate it. I would love to move back, just cant right now.

I like being able to legally trade guns in the Walmart parking lot. It would be nice if I could buy a bottle of liquor though.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

Maybe I am a little soft, and not as much of a gun nut as some here, but the additional price and red tape for buying guns really hasn't limited my hobby. The top gripes for me are the CCW challenges, AR fixed mag, and capacity restrictions.

But I can't trade the great weather, the surf, Sierra Nevadas, and the beautiful community to raise my daughter for the little aspects of shooting.

Ammo is still a major cost of shooting, through various methods we can still get most guns, and some people are hard at work to help us get back our rights.
