Did a search of the F&G Code, searched for "reptile".

Looks like taking any reptile without a valid hunting license can result in a $10,000 fine, and forfieture of all equipment used in taking the reptile.

I think so. Then again, some lizards are protected and can't be taken or harassed at all. The last thing this forum needs would be for someone to come here and openly post about their illegal activities.

Probably only for newts and salamanders. I'm not sure which group skinks belong to.
