some of the stuff is a bitt off the wall, but most of it was researched rather well.
i have 1-10 punisher armory comics. very good stuff.

the movie wasnt that good, to me. the little things that ruin it. for instance how franks voice had a questioning tone when i asked about the 1911s. "youve done somthing to them" almost like he wasnt sure. what the heck? if hes such an expert, why couldnt he tell what had been done? doesnt make sense.

the comic the movie was based on was pretty good. ( welcome back frank).

the line was delivered with the wrong beat. it didnt fit. it was given like he wasnt sure if somthing had been done. possibly a failing of the actor to do beatwork for the script or not giving enough thought to his line in that scene. i admire thomas jane as an actor, and i know he really worked his butt off training for the character, but he didnt deliver that line in a way that made sense.

i believe the writer intended the line to be delivered with a bit of sarcasm or sass. for instance, lets say your girlfriend has long brown hair, but she shows up one day with blond curly hair. you say " your hair, youve done somthing to it". you know shes done somthing to her hair. you wouldnt say it the way thomas jane said his line, youd say it differently.

if the line had been more like " oh neat, you did some work on your colts" it would have made sense.
