    The current administration almost stopped the military/Lake City from selling once-fired 5.56 brass to we civilians. What makes you think surplus weapons or even parts might be released for sale?

      Brass sales are back on. Previously they were going to be demilled by crushing them before selling as scrap but this was overturned.

          If the Gov's demand for ammo goes down there will be a surplus of ammo manufacturing and a glut in the market. Prices should go down as an incentive to buyers.

            there are enough m16s out there to make it worth their while just to import the uppers but probably cant get approval of those parts
