Post a "ADT" home security and a "your being recorded on video" (in english and spanish maybe) type sign. Maybe even post a camera or two (working or not). I woudl think that you have more of a chance deterring a criminal if he knows there is a greater chance of getting caught.

Lots of bright, automatic lighting mounted high enough up to avoid tampering should help deter burglars. They'll help your cameras do their job, too.

No keep it english only. There is no law stating that signs must be bilingual and catering to some criminal who wont even bother learning to read english is just a waste of time.
