    hey redneck! yeah, you!!

How do you make sweet tea?

I'm venturing into this area. I'm assuming its pretty much the same as how the brothers make Kool Aid. Just lotz of sugar while the water is still hot??

    And, next thread...

    How do you make moonshine??

making sweet tea shouldn't be that hard. I was never a big fan of it but my uncle will add shuger before brewing the tea, then refrigerate it and serve with ice.

Hot water + sugar + tea packet + additional flavorings (dried fruit, herbal leaves, whatever)

In that order; best if made a large quantity at a time so the flavor is consistant

my google-fu is indirectionally proportional to my current rate of alcohol abuse. But Lipton, hot water, and shuga is the way to go.

After chilling, I added the Malibu Passion Fruit... I'm gonna get some booty, I'm gonna get some booty.

I think yu need to live in east Texas or anywhere east of there first.
Here it's just iced tea with sweetner added.
Once you get into central texas and order tea, they ask "sweet or not?".

Being from S.C. originally I never knew tea wasn't suppose to be sweet until I moved here in '86.

JUst add the sugar while its hot.

As to the shine - I won't tell you how to make it (family secret) but I will tell you how to test it. Get a cap full and burn it - if it burns a blue flame that's the good stuff, if it burns a yellowish flame that's the iffy stuff don't drink it.
I'm only smiling at you while you talk to me because it's hilarious that you really think I give a crap about you.

As I've gotten older I thought I was gaining patience, then I realized I simply don't give a crap.

I don't know that I want to drink anything that burns with ANY color flame!
