You can Google the same forum for pics of "first line belts" as well if you don't have one already.
US Grunt Gear & VTAC are both highly recommended.
I'd recommend a dump pouch whether you run a first line belt/war belt or a molle plate carrier/vest.
I really like the middle size (large?- 6" diameter opening) 5.11 dump pouch, I believe it comes in more colors than black. I've heard great things about Diamondback Tactical and the PIG carrier as well.
