I like the idea of a ringer for your phone and that card. Good thinking on your part.

Now you just need to move to a free county or out of state so you don't need such hindrances to your safety, lol.

This is getting me thinking about a holster type (belt loop attached) carrier that locks the gun in an enclosed rectangular case (big enough for a sub-compact) and has some type of quick unlock method to release the weapon.

            Three question arise are:

            Is this legal?

Can the magazines be placed in a pocket?

Any bagmakers that can design something like this?

              Yes.
Yes. Inside the container with your pistol.
and already done. See links and attached pictures.

Sometimes the law defends plunder and participates in it. Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victim -- when he defends himself -- as a criminal. Bastiat

Awesome. Do you know what size I might need to fit a Glock 19 or Glock 26?

Any restrictions I might need to be aware of such as GFSZ? Or is LUCC fully exempt?

Wow, after watching that video, I'm not sure if I would LUCC but I think that system looks a bit better than UOC.... Doesn't seem to add much time to draw and solves Some problems with retention.... It's like a Volvo....boxy but good...

I hate SHTF threads, but to me this is definitely SHTF worthy in case I feel the need to carry. Definitely will require some practice and I wonder if there are trainers who will help teach good methods and practices.

They come in four convenient sizes. Im sure if you contacted the maker, they could guide you to the correct size for your pistol.

A locked case is an exemption to 626.9 school zones.

What about government buildings and state/local parks?

You may have a problem as this rig could be considered as concealed upon the person.
