    DROS QUESTION

    can i combine all of the following on the same DROS?

    -new handgun
    -ppt of a handgun
    -ppt of a rifle

    No.

    Some people claim you can add rifles to a handgun DROS, however, the PPT of the firearms requires a sellers DL and signature. If they are two different people, most certainly not. If the PPT handgun and PPT rifle come from the same person, you might be able to in theory, but I wouldn't do it.

    Handguns each must have their own DROS, period.

        Tangent question:

        Can you combine two in store rifle purchases (or in this case, stripped lowers) with a private party (not in person, so not actually PPT) transfer of a 3rd rifle? If so, how much would it cost (from you Wes)? I'm planning on making the drive to Taft for just such a purchase, seeing as the local FFL who handles OLLs charges out the butt.
