That Ruger looks sweet! As far as getting an off roster gun, search for "Single Shot Exemption" I am not going to go into details, but there are a couple shops that will hook you up. Table Rock Arms in Medford will do it for only 20 or 30 bucks over MSRP with shipping. Of course you have to pay for the transfer and DROS, so you are looking at somewhere around 100 bucks extra. With a KelTec thats not bad as its under 500 to start.

Or you can buy from a private party, LEO, or someone that brought one in with them when they moved here. They are out there, you just have to search around.
