Only if both are prohibited. Now in this case where the buyer is prohibited and the seller no longer lives in the country, my abandoned property policy would go into effect if it isn't claimed by the seller. The buyer might have issue with that since they bought the firearm, but I can't release it to them and I am not going to release it to anyone they know in a new PPT, especially since the original owner has left the country.

If you haven't read any of my other threads, I have zero sympathy for prohibited persons who try and buy guns from me. I will try and screw them out of their guns and money like no tomorrow as they wasted my time unnecessarily.
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

Haha! Now I know! Thanks for clearing that up and I definitely understand where you're coming from.

iTrader protip: When I buy something from you and I immediately pay, then my part is done. That's all I have to do. You can leave me iTrader feedback and go on with your life. When I get the item, I will leave you iTrader feedback, assuming you've already done your part. See how that works?
