Clearly the solution is to ban 15 year old kids!

if I remember correctly, 2 demilled bazookas have been sold on here.

He was obviously making a run for the border after buying it at a local gun shop.

This kid was arrested, the street was shut down, buildings were evacuated, helicopters were scrambled and the bomb squad disposed of an empty tube???

Let me call the fraud, waste and abuse hotline and report these idiots.

Destructive device? Ridiculous. It is considered to be a spent round, and non-reloadable at that.
Just taking up space in (what is no longer) the second-worst small town in California.

"It's unusual for Novato to recover an RPG from the back of a vehicle," said Novato Police Cpl. Nick Frey.
really? You'd think it was an everyday occurrence. LOL Idiots.

Its an empty tube you can buy at an Army Navy store for $50. The Mil-surp store in Simi-valley has a Russian RPG airsoft hanging from the ceilling..looks 100% real. The Army Navy store in Oxnard had these as well.

I am in the market for an empty Javelin tube and control if any one has one around the house drop me a PM.. LOL

We don't even have NFA here (except really expensive AOW's), forchristsakes.
AOWs are no more expensive in CA than any other state. I'm willing to bet that the AOWs we can get here are, as a group, among the cheapest NFA items period. Also, C&R SBSs and SBRs are legal here as well.
