Not a RPG but a AT4 anti-tank launcher per the video. Googled it and it is a one time shot with the launch body being disposable. The kid will beat the charges.

it was most likely an empty shell. the news is making a big deal out of it. those items are highly sensitive and accounted for.

Thing is, it's one shot disposable. So there would have been no way for that 15 year old to load and fire it even if he had rockets. But still, news media got to mediate.
