I was under the impression that it was permissable to take hi-caps out of state and bring them back as long as the hi-caps were in possession before the 2000 ban? Is this not correct?

If you ask me after this whole episode the CA DOJ is going to be at every Nevada and Arizona gun show for at least a year. We just brought over 10,000 .223 self loading rifle recievers into this state. Step back and think about that for a moment when you turn in your registration card in a few weeks.
