    In the past, appellate courts have held that your MOTOR HOME is considered to be your domicile/home since you are residing in it temporarily. You thereby have the same rights as if you were in your own living room.

    This does not mean that one can transport a firearm onto school grounds or any where else where they are prohibited.

    I have no clue how any recent court decisions may have modified this matter.

      I'm sure there are appellate courts who have said that the particular motorhome in their case is to be classified as a home, but I'm pretty sure that if it has 4 functioning wheels it's A LOT more likely it would be considered a vehicle than a home. May I suggest a reading of California v. Carney, 471 U.S. 386?
