I know that I got a great deal for the M6A2, and I know that I could not have done it without MajorMalphunction. I really appreciate it and the initial experience was very pleasant. Like i mentioned earlier, I had a great time talking to staff about the various options and on the whole it was a very pleasant experience. Gio, Karl, and everyone else were very helpful during the purchasing process.

I made this post with regards to the delay of the DROS and I was beginning to become concerned with the constant delays. This post was to help me learn about what could cause such an issue and how and how quickly an issue like this should be resolved. I did not make this post to attack anyone, i just wanted to learn more about the situation.

Thanks to all you Calguners for the advice and help. First time purchases are always a bit nerve wracking. Hopefully the DROS will be submitted today and it will be smooth sailing from here on out.

I have not had the time to take her out yet. I'll probably be heading up to Yolo sometime soon. Should be within the next

Meh. If anything, just been taking snap caps and practicing some drills with the mags I have currently.

Ask the dealer for a copy of the DROS application. If you ask, they must give you a copy.

I won't address the DROS issue, but wanting to charge you a 30% restocking fee when you haven't even done any paperwork AND the gun is still in their hands is ridiculous. Your reasons for canceling is out of your hands and nothing except your money has changed hands. What is there to restock?

Please make sure you know whether this is an official company policy or if it was just mentioned and people are assuming this to be the case. No need for an unwarranted witch hunt when it isn't an issue.

The DROS paper work has been submitted and I will be picking up my lovely in 234 hours and 52 minutes.

I did not think to ask for a copy, but thanks for the advice. I will be sure to do so when I make my next purchase.

There was no issue with a restocking fee (at least in my case) and I haven't had any qualms with the company other than the DROS delays which have since been resolved.

Don't waste the paper. You are DROSing a long gun. There is zero data on the DROS that shows which long gun you DROSed. The only thing you are going to see is all of your personal information that you already know and the date and time DROS started, which you also know.

The only reason to look at DROS is to see if they actually started it and when your ten days would be up. If you go back and they say they still haven't started it, then you know you have been had. However, if you signed and did a thumbprint today, then you should be good to go.
