If you have a DOJ issued computer it says you can call in the information, but I don't have one.

It also states that your ten days only begin when your information is submitted and the dealer receives back a DROS number. So even if you fill out the worksheet, your ten days don't begin until the system is up again.

I have been out of the shop for two days, but my partner has not reported problems with DROS. I just logged in from home and see she ran one on Monday and two on Tuesday.

It appears your FFL is the only one with problems. Like I have said before, I have never had DROS be down on me. I have had Internet problems, but I have never seen DROS down. Some people claim it happens, but it must be rare enough I haven't seen it occur in two years.
    # May I opt to report DROS transactions via telephone reporting?

No. However if your DOJ/MCI-issued computer malfunctions, immediately contact the MCI Service Center at 1-800-974-3767 to report the problem. You may then use the operator-assisted telephone system temporarily until your computer is repaired.

you can still call them in.(if you have issues) they just want you to try and get in touch with MCI first.
