The full title is Gun It with Benny Spies. It's a hunting show on Vs. and it does not take it's self all that seriously.
Normal hunting show: Guy drive out to private reserve, talking it up about what a great job they do providing these hunts. They go to pre-baited spot where they talk about how great all the gear they have is and name drop sponsors like its normal for people to talk like that. Then deer or whatever walks up and they assassinate it.
This show: Benny drives his Mini Wini around S. Dakota, stopping at friends farms, or doing drive up and ask and even once just hunting in the road (it's legal there). He's Kooky, casual and real. At least to me. If feels like the guys that I grew up with. And then usually once a show he has to drag race the Toaster (his RV) against something else.
It's a fun show, you need to check it out.Comment
