    Top Shot season 3

Just saw a tweet about season three starting up August 9.

Catch up on Top Shot, only on HISTORY. Get exclusive videos, pictures, bios and check out more of your favorite moments from seasons past.

Is there a Calgunner on this season?

    Two chicks on the cast.

Hope the bromance is kept to a minimum this season, the team dynamic invalidates any credence to the "Top Shot" title IMHO.

I hope there isn't a douchebag like the PJ this season.

Pretty sure there will be alliances as usual, but hopefully they become useless after the teams are combined (similar to season 1).

I've read the bios and so far it looks like you've got a lady who is a SWAT supervisor, an ex-SEAL, a Homeland Security instructor (trained both JJ from season 1 and Jermaine from season 2), and a guy who beat Jesus (Jerry Miculek) in a revolver world championship.

The most interesting things to me would be how well SWAT lady and the Jesus beater can do and if the ex-SEAL can walk the walk because his bio is already doing a lot of talk. The Homeland Security instructor back story means nothing to me because JJ was a boss pistol shooter before joining and we all know what happened with Jermaine.

Clear sign I've been living in SoCal too long - I pronounced that "hey-zeus" in my head when reading it through. Twice.

Anyway, looking forward to the new season. I like their "don't miss this season" promo commercial with all the slo-mo shots of near misses.

I'm hoping Jerry Miculek can run the table. He has mad skills and is a nice person. It'll be interesting to see how much stuff they can drag out of him. He's usually not a big talker in my experience. There's a chance someone else might beat him with a weird weapon, but he's been known to do well with all 3 common arms.

                OOOPS! My bad. Mis-read above.

There are some people that it's just not worth engaging.

It's a muzzle BRAKE, not a muzzle break. Or is your muzzle tired?

Just be prepared to lower your expecations. Like the majority of gun shows on TV.

Sorry - my bad. I mis-read the post a few above mine.

                        Whambulance?

I swear.. so many on the internet are like "Yea, I'm dating a supermodel but I just wish she had bigger tits"

How about being happy to have any gun related TV?

Well if its Sons of Guns "We gonna build somethin' dumb cause we stupid Cajun folk!"

Or "Every product on this show is great and you should go out and buy it!"

                          Other than that I'm good.

That is a pretty good way to sum them up. Of course then that just makes them the same as all the car and hot rod shows.

Top Shot and Gun It are really the only gun related tv shows that I watch.

I wish this show was about finding the best shooter.
