Frontsight -"Guaranteed Lowest Price Ever" -WRONG!

I would like to hear from others who have signed up at Frontsight Firearms Institue for a program advertised as the "lowest price you will ever see it offered...ever!" Then later you receive an ad from them showing the same program offered significantly cheaper.
This happened to me, so I called them only to be told... to bad, you signed up for it!!!
I had 2 memberships that included 4 day pistol and rifle when I get an ad saying Diamond Membership $2995 "lowest price you will ever see it offered...ever!" So I signed up for monthly payments for 2 Diamond Memberships. Months later, and $3,000 in monthly payments already paid in, I receive and ad saying Diamond Memberships $1995. I called them to discuss this. The conversation was their salesman saying I signed up for $2995. I responded, No, I signed up the the lowest price ...ever!
lowest price ...ever! understand??? and I expect you to live up to your Guarantee! Back and forth it went. Until they said OK we will sell you 2 Diamond Memberships for $1995 each. I said ok minus the $3000 I already paid. He said NO, send us a check for $3990 and WE ARE KEEPING THE $3000!!!
I stopped the payments and am out 3K.
So... I would like to hear from other members who have a Frontsight story. Lets chat and see what we come up with.

There's a difference in lowest price ever and lowest price forever. When you offer something, and it's the lowest price they have ever offered they aren't lying. You made an assumption that they wouldn't ever offer a price that was lower. I know, wordplay. But technically I'm not seeing where they were fraudulent.

Edit: reading comp fail. I see they explicitly said it won't ever be offered lower. That's what I get for doing this on a cell phone.

Uhh, prices can fluctuate over time. If the cost at the time of your purchase was indeed the cheapest price ever at the time, what's the issue? It's like complaining that you paid $25,000 for a 2011 model car last year and now it's only $22,000 because the 2012 model is out.

Have you really never done business before and seen the price change after you made your purchase? Unless there was some pricing guarantee(and it doesn't sound like there was, otherwise you'd have mentioned it), then there's nothing you can do about it. This is not unique to Frontsight.

They were clearly trying to get people to sign up for $2995 now because a lower price in the future was not going to happen.
The ad went on to say:
"if you have been waiting for a better deal or prices to drop on an All-Inclusive Diamond Lifetime Membership, it isn't going to happen."
"And the $1995 Diamond offer that had no bonuses whatsoever will never be seen again."
The $2995 they were advertising was not the lowest price prior to this ad - which you are refering to as ever. Nor is it the lowest price they offered since the ad- which you refer to as forever.
Ever / forever... they are wrong either way.

Price Guarantee.... yes they was. The quote from the ad
"If you are waiting for me offer a less expensive Diamond...... I guarantee that you will not be offer this again...Ever!"

Well unfortunately for you(as I already mentioned), unless they have some pricing guarantee that says something like "we will refund the difference if the price goes lower within x amount of months", there is nothing you can do.

Again, you've never purchased something before and seen the price drop later? If you're looking to get some sort of compassion here, it's not going to happen for this.

Everyone has purchased something and seen the price drop later (every electrical product). That is not the point. The point is the ad clearly Guaranteed this is the lowest price and the last chance for this price.
I don't agree that a guarantee has to include words like refund the difference on # of months. $2995 is the lowest price you will see ..Ever! says it all.
I am not writting this for compassion. I am writting this to speak to other who have been taken by these types of ads.

Yes I missed the $250 memberships. My adventures with them were months before those were available. Which actually only makes the matter worse. The only reason I signed up for the Diamond Membership at that time was because it was the - (and I quote)- "lowest price you will ever see it offered...ever!"

I know its frustrating. When all was said and done, I spent about as much as you did. In the grand scheme of life a few thousand isn't the end of the world - at least that's what I keep saying to myself. Its decent training but its not totally free - costs $ to get there, eat, stay at motel, etc. It costs me about $500. You can take most local classes for that money. I didn't think of that. Had I, I likely wouldn't haven't gotten a membership. Again, not enough money to loose sleep over.
RIP Louis Awerbuck. I miss you and your training.

If you feel you were defrauded and they failed to do as was claimed, sue them in small claims court. Around here it's $25 and the loser pays the court fees.

I say go the small claims court route. Fill out a few forms and have your day in court to get your 3k back.

                          That advertising seems super shady.

...and go up the food chain to the man who signs the checks and let him know that you'll be sending copies of your correspondence to every gun forum in the country, as well as consumer advocates(?) on local news channels. Scientologists run this outfit, from my understanding; I spammed their incoming e-mails after getting one "best deal ever" after another - daily!

                              Good luck; hang tough.
