I love every magpul product except the cheap sights they make. Those things suck. Dunno why they have a bunch of bad *** products but couldn't get some sights to be on par with the rest of there stuff.

Where's the "Magpul sights don't melt" crew at now?
In other threads people have SWORN Magpul sights won't melt, even on gas blocks.

Some of their stuff has it's uses.
Ranger floorplates, or the original Magpul straps are convenient.
Their MOE/MIAD grips and VFG are nothing special.
Some of their buttstocks are pretty nice.
I like the AFG.
One item I don't "get" is the MOE handguards.
But ya, there's a lot of hype, and honestly, it's simply a discount source. Their prices are lower than others for comparable items, so of course, they are popular.
Some of their items are unique and have a good use. Others are along the lines of "Do we really need another one on the market?"
And of course, the windowed 10/30 with a photo of rounds behind the window is pure mall-ninja

I see a use for ranger plates and the straps, but I don't have any magazine pouches I use often enough to care.
The VFG is just like any other VFG, nothing special.
The AFG... meh.
I wasn't looking for cheap sights, the rear I have folds down and gets out of the way just fine.
I like the ACS stock, the rest are meh. The PRS is neat, but too heavy.Comment

kinda of am magpul fanboy.
UBR stock. wanted something shorter thant he a2 and adjustable w/o losing the cheek weld. satisfies all those needs.
Magpul grip. very nice larger hands and the stock grip just didnt work together.
