I have opened one with just a butter knife. Just slip it in the slot to the right of the lock and then slide it to the left to open.

Screwdriver method worked like a charm. Thanks again.

take it to a locksmith. i do these daily. charge like $20 to opena nd make a few keys for it if there is no code.

Usually there is a code on the front of the lock. if code is on there any decent locksmith should eb able to use that code and make a key.

never mind the ape's with BFH won out.

CPC? Those tools are restricted to non-felons (but they don't do a background check when they sell them), so I don't see how that's accurate. You can order picks from a lot of places..

AFAIK Shooters are even legal in some places (they were in Georgia) without a license.

I bought a full lock pic set from a Snap-On dealer years ago, he said that he could only sell to "authorized" industries....automotive repair is one of those industries. There was no registration or license.......at least not 20 years ago.

Had this happen to me, same make and model. Pryed it open with a flatbar/nailpuller. Gently increased pressure in the area above the lock until it gave way. Didn't damage the lock at all. Found my key later and everything still works fine.
