    gun storage

So I have a fear of leaving my guns at home for long periods of time even if there im my safe. And im going on a trip with everyone I know who would hold my guns for the weekend. I called my local ffls and none can hold them. I have 18 long guns & 3 pistols what should I do? Is there any businesses that hold them in riverside county?

Maybe even a l.e. Office that may hold them?

I feel relatively safe with the house alarm on. Most are in the safe. And I don't particularly live on the nicest part of town.

Yeah I dont have an alarm on my house, my safes are all bolted in but I have a mobile home so the studs in the wall are real thin. I think if I pulled hard enough I could pull them out of the wall.

How secure is your safe? Is it bolted down or secured in any way? Most people arent strong enough by themselves to move a safe. IMHO.

And I live in a real bad area. It sucks having to live here but I would rather have the guns and toys vs being dirt poor in a decent area.

Pawn them and get them out of pawn when you come back. You could come up with some good terms so it will be worth your peace of mind.

Not a bad idea I will take that Into consideration. They may even let me store them there for a fee. I will check tomorrw and post back on my findings

Aren't you worried about your home being gone - with or without guns, can't a mobile be relocated in a matter of hours?
If you are not worried about the home being taken, then write down all pertinent data for insurance purposes and just relax.
It's only stuff - with the proper documentation and a few dollars insurance, comparable items can be found as replacement.
