Are you really that upset over a phone call? Wow man I can't believe you own guns. Sound like a loose cannon to me. Glock was probably busy taking more important phone calls. They told you they couldn't help, what more do you want, sheesh.

Some people let the smallest things bother them so much, I mean to make a thread on this.

I submit that the title of this thread should be changed to 'i called glock, asked them a question that they couldnt possibly know the answer to, and am now unhappy...and No, I dont have the google.'..or something like that. I hardly see this as a Glock fail. Now, if you dont mind, I'm going to go check on my OD G19

haha, its ok. doubles up the message. im not sure why anyone would want an od frame anyways. when youre holding it, your hand covers all the od parts.

I called Glock today to see if they could track down a firearm i'm interested in buying along with a dealer that has one in stock. I got bounced around about 4 times. When someone finally answered my call they rudely told me they couldn't help me. Their attitude was as if they didn't want to talk to me or even want to attempt to help me. This has me VERY angry because I've read nothing but good things about Glock customer care. Maybe I'll vote with my feet and just buy an HK or Sig now.

Sorry guys. Had to attend to family stuff. I'm looking for an OD Glock 19. I've looked at local shops from Norcal to San Diego. I found one but it was beat to hell and way out of my price range. I've had several shops suggest calling Glock since they can't get them. Customers in the past came in with rave reviews on how helpful Glock customer service was. I tried buds, gunsamerica, and Edspublicsafety with no luck. I'd rather buy new in-state but now i'm looking at all options. I guess I'll have to wait or bid on one on gunbroker.

fi you cant find the exact thing yur looking for why not just do what someone else said and get a glock 19 and than get it durcoated in OD. save you all the effort of trying to hunt one down just because it is a factory original, unless those words are extremely important to you.

Glock sells to distributors, who sell to possibly other distributors, who sell to stores.... none of which report their unsold inventory back up the chain.
