Fixed mag upper? Do you mean lower?

The majority of OLL will come without a LPK. Its up to the builder to configure the way he/she wants within the legal limits of the law.

The other option if you want to have a fixed mag lower with LPK installed is to contact Cold War Shooters and have them install the mag lock kit when you buy the lower.

instead of a fixed mag,why do you look at putting a bullet-button mag lock?that way you can drop mags(10 rounders, with use of a tool) and save yourself the hassle of having to crack open your rifle and top loading it.
