Yeah. He is exceedingly lucky that he was the target of two dip****s, instead of criminals with some idea of what they are doing. He should be dead.

If I were him, I'd consider a career change. Nobody gets that lucky twice.

That said, he definetly did a good job. He could maybe work on his presentation from the holster, but it wasn't bad shooting it looked like

Easy, the suspect was pointing a gun at him while he was running away.

Doesn't take long for the bad guy to spin around and shoot at you one more time while exiting the door. Plus, who's to say he was not leaving, rather just seeking cover to continue the crime?
