Get a good look at the bad guy and give the leo's the info. You are not a law officer, just a private citizen, so leave your ccw gun in your holster where it belongs. You should only use your ccw when in fear for your life, or a loved one.

^^ to the 10th Power....Unless the guy is either A) an immediate threat to life & limb, or B) just executing people left & right, you don't ever engage with deadly force. If the robbery is all but concluded & no one is seriously hurt, JUST... LET..... HIM .... GO....
Yet another way to escalate danger to yourself & others. Don't ever let someone like that see you "getting a good look at him/her." Just keep the eyes down & away. That will keep any unnecessary "heat" off you & those around you. You'd be surprised at how many violent & dangerous felons will eliminate an "extra" witness at the drop of a hat. Let the cops/CSI figure out
all the details as to how they are going to catch the guy. Of course, be a 'good witness' and help the LEO's as much as you can, but don't piss off an already 'adrenaline-charged' bank robber. That's just asking for it.
