Built on an AK-Builder flat...fully heat treated and parkerized. I made the gas block, gas tube, and handguard from scratch.
The lock is made from a piece of square tubing and does not require any permanent modifications to the gun. It is held on by two screws that tighten up against the trigger guard. Ignore those two extra holes on each side, I messed up.
Just slide whatever tool you want to use forward through the slot to release the mag.
Oh yea, best part of building a pistol: no 922r compliance required!
