    Two part, 1/2 what if

    First the what if:

    Scenario- You are unloaded open carrying (belt holster). You are wearing an un-tucked shirt. As you go throughout the day performing multiple activities your shirt falls over the gun.

    Did you just go from unloaded open carrying legally, to unloaded concealed carrying illegally?

    Second part, is it legal to loaded open carry or loaded concealed carry in your fenced backyard in a normal residential neighborhood?

    yes and yes.

    pretty expensive vacation for the first one.

    second one is just a smart thing to do either way.

      what about UOC or LOC in a condo like property where everything is gated and across the street from a high school?

        Condo complex, apartment complexes and gated HOAs are not protected from GFSZ laws. 1000 ft still applies..even in your own yard.

        if ANY part of the gun is concealed...its a concealed weapon.

          You'd also need permission from the property manager or owner. But the school is a no-no, even within the gated portion unfortunately.
