Hi does anyone know where or have any recommendations on gunshops that offers FFL service with raddlock installations in the bayarea?

You could order one from our venders here. It should be easy for you to install it. If you have problems with the installation just ask for help!!

see the problem is I would like to order a rifle online but it requires a raddlock to comply with CA state law. Since the vendor must first ship the rifle to my local FFL before the transfer process takes place. How can I install the raddlock while I don't have possession of the firearm?

Try Valkyrie Arms in Milpitas or Norse Armory in Woodland. I believe that what you're asking for requires an 07 FFL and both Norse and Valkyrie are 07s.

I would try the gun vault in mt view and Valkyrie in milpitas first. Not sure if the vault has an 07 though...

Pretty sure that applies to an 01 only. 07s with a DOJ AWP can modify to make it comply IIRC. That limits OP to Valkyrie and Norse.

Warning: if the Raddlock is being installed within California, the gun must enter California in non-AW status and never cross into AW status before the Raddlock is installed.

Yes. Please make sure you read & understand the Calguns AW flowchart.

A regular CA FFL cannot touch or take possession of an AW, let alone modify it.

The gun must be in non-AW form when coming into CA - perhaps that means the upper and lower are shipped separately.
