I had one ask me to empty my weapon! I handed it to him and said "here you do it". It was a Saiga 7.62 and been in a small town I know he has a 101 airborne division on the back of his personal truck. So you would think he has handled an AK type rifle before...Nope he looked at it like it was a Star Trek Fazer! He kept pulling on the mag like it would come out and after a while said "Here empty your weapon" lol jackass. Later I found out he has never served and is one of this poser military guys.

When I shoot my OLL I wear full camo and stay away from my truck, minimal movement and always look around to see if anyone is coming, if they are I have a bolt gun near and hide my OLL. I know it sounds crazy but dealing with idiots out here is the only way.

I guess all of mine would be "safe queens". All of them have been in a safe in Pa for the last 4 years.

              Colt M-4
              Century Arms C91
              1948 Marlin Lever action 30-30
              Sig Sauer GSR 1911 .45
              Remington 870 riot

We spent 3 years overseas, then moved here, and haven't had a chance to get them.

Just got it, and while I'll shoot it, it is DEFINITELY a collector piece.

Holy moly brother, that is nice! She's a keeper for sure, only going to go up in value too.

Is it just me, or am I not seeing those cheesy lasered-on import marks????

No, there aren't any import marks on it at all. Original owner has had it for a very long time and it took forever for him to put the measly 200 rounds through it that it has.

He was a bit anal about his guns (like I am) and shipped it to me in a custom made small wooden crate. Very nicely done and with all the bubble wrap, it arrived without a scratch.

Taking her shooting tomorrow. The gun is very light weight, so I predict it'll kick like a mule with a nasty urinary tract infection!!!!!!

I shoot my safe queen and king once a year or so, or if I am driving out to Angeles Range. I have just as much fun shooting my Saiga .223 and my bolt guns.
That's what I love about Saiga it's an AK in disguise!
