I would do exactly that. Fsck this guy.
Oh, one other thing I forgot to mention in my last post about how it sometimes pays to ask...some of the dealers on there just have that "no sales to CA" bit tacked on to all the rest of the text they include, and they just lazily stick it on everything they put up for sale without really thinking about it. So if you see it on a Mosin Nagant or something you KNOW is legal here, he might know it too and be willing to deal with you...he just didn't bother to remove the "no CA" bit when he posted. Some of these guys have 20+ auctions going on, posting new stuff and removing old stuff every day.---Comment

Wouldn't it be cool if someone put a rifle on GB and simply said cali sales only then the price of the gun just went to astronomical but still believable prices. All these idiots who wont sell to california due to some stupid paperwork would start to think twice before adding a no cali sales.
if I was in a different state I would put AKs for sale with a 20$ profit over my total cost just to piss off the liberals here and I would say cali sales only.Comment

Contact gunbroker, post negative feedback, then...bit outrageously high on every auction he posts. When he complains, tell him maybe he should have sold you the first item. If he tries to make you pay, complain that gunbroker didn't do anything when he failed to complete his side of the bargain, so why should they do anything when you do it.Comment

Most of the CA residence on this board are anti-CA.I never, ever buy on gunbroker. Most of the users are anti-CA d-bags and the administration couldn't care less.
Maybe it's unfair to the .001% who do ship firearms to CA, but I don't like wading through a thousand perfectly CA-legal auctions just to find ONE that will ship here.
