    one way to deal with bad customer service; talk alot about the product as if you know everything, pretend like the mean *** glares you are getting are smiles, always say you saw it cheaper, and most of all keep the sales rep away from getting to other customers. If you must coerse them into continuing the conversation. All this does is keep them from selling and thats what they get for being *******s! Besides... I had cash in my pocket!!!! On the other side if you get good customer service ask questions about the product that will get you the information you are looking for, most of all do more listening then talking because some of these guys know there ****! Demand a good price and purchase!!
