Most unfriendly Gun Shop North Bay

I got some cash for Christmas and was going to get a new savage left hand rifle for my son. I went to Santa Rosa (Schmidt & Titoni Gun Store) to buy the gun. The man (or lack there of) asked for the model number, not sure of the exact model number I tell him it is a 11fl something. As I am telling him 11fl he is grabbing the holly grail of gun books and as soon as I say something he puts the book back and tells me to go home and get the model number and comeback. There was one customer in the store and four employees. My mouth about hit the floor, he (Vic) didn't want to be bothered by looking up a model number for a purchase. This is a warning to all the other shooters, don't wast your time there, its not worth the gas money to deal with the most unfriendly gun shop around. Spend the extra gas money and go south or go north to Ukiah and deal with much friendlier service.
There shop is on Piner rd (The ones that bought Helms)

Schmidt & Titoni Gun Store is the new store right next to Mccleas Tire and Automotive and School Daze?

      Wow! What a douche!
It must be a front for a medical marijuana shop as they obviously dont want to sell any firearms.
      Buy my EO Tech XPS3-0!!!

For those nutjobs who like to use the word "gouge"
Note: I did not write the above article.

Wow, they just started out, didn't they? Interesting way to drum up business...When I'm in Santa Rosa, I go to Markell Inc. Good prices and no bs.

ha..!! the Tool that owns the shop is serial gun store worker. he ran montana hawks/ north bay firearms into the ground and them moved to helms to assist them in pissing gun owners off and now miraculously has his own store
un-fortunatly He is what many gun owners in santa rosa have to deal with. i guess it not his fault he is such a self-hating burned out hippy reject. now ask me how i realy feel

They may be unfriendly, but you've come to the right place. Check out:

Savage Arms has been building firearms since 1894. Our rifles, shotguns and handguns are accurate, dependable and loaded with innovations for high performance.

They have a couple of 11 series rifles, they include the 11 Long Range Hunter, and the 11 Lightweight Hunter. Not sure which one you want, but check out the list and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

Looking up Savage model numbers for a customer off of the Savage website is one of the easier ones.

Now Browning and a few others, especially shotguns, bring in your exact model number and make everyone's life easier!
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

that's like going to the doctor and being told to go home and get your diagnosis.

holy cow... either that was the owner and he is so freaking rich he doesn't need customers or it was an employee trying to ruin the store.

if one of my employees said that to a customers, he would be out on his butt.

what the heck does this POS think his job is?

While you say this, would you tell a customer to go home?
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.
