Hollow Points against the law ?

I was at WallyWorld last night, as I was buying some ammo for the range.
I added a box hollow points (40S&W) to the order and some guy behind started talking trash, saying what a waste of money for that type of ammo, Plus He kept telling me that it's illegal to have that ammo in your gun as HD Ammo, and if you ever have to use that ammo, it will be a Felony in my behalf as I wanted to "KILL" the intruder ! WTF ?? I told him to mind his own business, and STFU...

    Any Truth to this ????

Guns, dogs and home alarms. Opponents are all of a sudden advocates once their personal space is violated.

Pinch his cheeks and say " Awww how cute a Walmart employee who thinks he knows about cali gun laws " then give him his sugar cube and be on your way.

Edit: Nvm it was a fellow customer. Just tell him that all ammo will be illegal to buy because of AB 962 and that you cannot use your handgun for self defense purposes per the D.C v Heller case.

It was probably a local gun store employee.

As for Walmart employees, just like burger flippers and TSA people, they have jobs.

Unlike a significant percentage of the people who diss them.

tell him your buying them to plant on the intruder so it makes your case better in the event on a home robbery

As far as I know, only if your in New Jersey, and if your in New Jersey you have other more pressing concerns, like getting out of New Jersey.

Well then they are just probably saying that to scare you off so they can keep the ammo for themselves.

And you can keep every single firearm you have in the house locked, cocked and ready to rock!

                          Seriously, it actually is.

For example we dont have this ****

In New Jersey, firearm owners are required to get a Firearm Purchaser card for the purchase of rifles, shotguns or handguns. To purchase a handgun, a separate permit is needed from the local police department for each handgun to be purchased and expires after 90 days.

Both the gun laws and the women are far better here than in NJ. Oh yea, I almost forgot our weather and varienty of different climates. I really doubt that you'ld want to go surfing in NJ and then go skiing that evening. In Ca, that's easy to do.
