Illegal guns for sale?

it seems illegal guns show up for sale on this forum often.

BB ar15 rifles with the wonder wrench installed.

mini14 and sks rifles with flashiders.

14.5 inch barreled M4 rifles with no pinned muzzle devise.

i used to pm the sellers to let them know the laws but i just don't any more.

do you guys notice these guns offered for sale here?
do you bother to tell the sellers or a mod?

I've never seen one offered by a seller located inside of California with a centerfire upper and the tool installed.

Most SKS available on the forum have fixed magazines.
Mag locks are available for the Mini14.

Is it the sellers and or buyers responsibility to know what is legal before purchasing?

As a buyer I assume it would be wise to know the laws and what you are buying…

I noticed things like that but I do not know all the laws. I have a very good grasp of most of them pertaining firearms in California, but will not say I am an expert. When I see firearms for sale that look like they could be illegal I just go about my day and let someone else worry about it. I'm not going to buy anything that I am not 100% sure is legal.

If you know for sure that what is being offered for sale on GALGUNS is not legal, please let an admin know. We do not want or need negative press here. Posting as you did instead of giving the management a chance to clear it up, opens the eyes and mouths of the anti's that troll the internet for anything that can be harvested to make gun owners look bad.

Unless you have some of the prohibited features installed it is not. A bone factory stock mini14 sold in Ca. should be fine. It's when people start to add aftermarket add on's that some problems arise.
