so i was watching Animal Cops: "Philidelphia" on Animal Planet. the stories are always the same; SPCA gets a search warrant to retrieve mistreated animals and so forth. however this time, they find an old rifle loaded with 30-06. the cops say that the gun is a "cop killer" gun because the rounds were made to penetrate bullet proof vests
. i was like "OMGWTF!!!!!!!" so i was pretty much pissed to no end about how the media always blows sh*t out of proportion. how do they know that gun isn't the homeowners grandfather's hunting gun? how do they know that the owner isn't a hunter or a target shooter? why do they call that round a "cop killer". correct me if i'm wrong but the 30-06 was made before the dawn of bullet proof vests right?
i hate hippies.
