    Bass pro shop 411...

Just wanted to know if bass pro shop has a firearm section? I'm looking for shotgun accessories like a charging handle and barrel clamp, would they have these things or should I try the gun show coming up this weekend?

    Thanks

Unless it is on sale Bass Pro Shop isn't cheap. But their gun section seems pretty darn big. Like the stores just for the set up, fish, etc.

I like bass Pros selection but every time I go in there will be one guy selling guns and ammo and even if there is only three people there as customers it takes an hour just to see a gun. O yea the prices are a bit steep.

Last time I was there it took me 20 minutes to get to the counter after taking a ticket and then I felt rushed. I didn't let that stop me from looking at everything I wanted to, and asking all the questions I wanted answered. Remember it's your dime, spend all of it. Also, here is SoCal at the Rancho store the prices seemed to be more competitive when I was there a month ago.

BTW, they now list firearms online.

One other gripe I forgot was that they have those little locks on all of the triggers so you can not test the trigger pull.

Im not 100% sure about this but I think they remove the bolts from all the bolt action rifles also. They implement a 11 day waiting period instead of the common 10 day wait. Having trigger locks on all there guns is the biggest turn off for me so I take my gun buying money elseware. They will remove any lock for you but you got to go in the back room to fondle the firearm. If you do decide to buy from them, you will be doing all the paperwork right on the counter with every "lookyloo" peaking over your shoulder checking every pen stroke you do...

                      I waited only 10 days

I waited 2 hours too from their unorganized control of employees

Then waited 1 hour on pickup
